LA Noire Rockstar's Epic 1940's Gum Shoe Story.

So I've been playing this little game called LA Noire and when I say little I mean 3 disc's for the 360? With that being said the 3 disc's are well worth the sacrifice, the game is rich with the feel of 1940's LA. The over all presentation of this game is unmistakable! The investigation's are gripping you truly feel like your a member of CSI, well 1940's CSI but still CSI all the same. The only draw back to this game is the amount of time you spend driving around! "no fast travel" here?? But that's very minor with how rich this game is on content, the crowning achievement of this game is the facial expressions and body language expressed by the AI! This is a must play for anyone that is a fan of a chose your own adventure game mix'ed with action I'am giving this a 9 out of 10! Oh and don't forget we have DLC coning up very soon.

Long Time No Blog???

So Yeah its been awhile!? Don't ask... So what all has happened whelp lets recap. Hackers, E3, a new look for the blog and a ton of new games!! The hacking community has gone APE shit as of late "thanks Sony!" as I'm sure you're all aware of Sony's PSN outage has sparked a hacking out lash after they targeted a lone box modder and called out the hacking community! Looks like they got what they were asking for. Now a group called Lulzsec is taking phone hacking requests?! no joke...

So then that brings us to L.A. Noire that sucked me in for nearly a month if you haven't play'ed it then go out and grab a copy!! 10 out of 10 in my book! And of coarse last but not least there was E3 2011 last week, lots of great stuff coming up! The top three games of E3 are Elder scrolls 5. Mass Effect 3 and Modern Warfare 3! I will of coarse be adding the game play forage of all three in case you missed them. Chime in and let everyone know what your fav from E3 was this year!

Beyond Black Mesa... Half Life Inspired Film Short

Beyond Black Mesa fan inspired short film which plays on Gordon Freeman and the Half Life series. I must say this is most likely the very best short film I've seen to date and even with the acting being a little cheesy if these 7 friends, film students filmed a full movie of this I would pay good money to go see it!! Amazing.....

Bio Shock Infinite Game Play!

Bio Shock Infinite is looking more and more like a prequel after seeing this game play footage I'm thinking we are going to find out more about Ryan from the first game and what helped shape the city of Rapture. All I can say is I cant wait to hop into this one...

Scott Pilgrim Movie Review---Box Office Flop? Or Instant Classic!

O.K. this movie first off is truly amazing let me just get that out of the way now! But with that being said lets to a look at what makes this movie what it is, to start if you are not a gamer your most likely not going to get this movie. Second if your not a gamer from the arcade era this game isn't going to strike the same cords that it does with someone that play hours of "Street Fighter 2" or "Virtual Fighter" on the up right machine.

The over the top fight scenes were instant gold for me and the ADD/HD ridden story telling made my inner geek just have a "geek-gassum"!! Unfortunately for the movie box office success or lack there of this uber over the top story telling doesn't transcend to the mass'es. On the other hand this is very fortunate for the comic book/ video game lovers! There truly is so much going on that you almost miss that there is a massive love story going on under lying everything else. This movie gets 5 Stars in my book and is the must see of 2010!!
